Husband loves to give me the look and remind me that I’ve gone round the bend with the puppy love for our little terrier, but I think Famke Janssen has just validated all my kooky behaviors. I couldn’t have been more excited to find photos of the always chic and stylish Famke putting little Licorice in outfits (guilty), holding him like a baby (so guilty), and carrying cute breed specific tote bags (not guilty…although I do buy this Scottish dog a scandalous amount of plaid, so, yes, guilty). You will very rarely see Famke without Licorice in tow (they do make such a stylish little pair, don’t they?), and that definitely makes her a girl after my own heart! Any fellow “crazy dog ladies” out there, show of hands?

I have a huge soft spot for little terriers and the people who love them, so I was delighted to find out that designer Lela Rose takes her Norwich Terrier, Stitch, wherever she goes. How adorable are these photos of them behind the scenes at fashion shows? Any girl who loves her dog that much is my kind of person, and with a smile like that you just know she has to be a sweetheart!

I’ve had an impossible time finding stylish dog accessories. Let’s be honest, most of the items out there are tacky and ugly. Imagine my excitement at finding these gorgeous standing feeders by These Creatures! In lovely, bright colors, with a bit of chinoiserie charm thrown in these stands definitely fit my design requirements. I’m hoping Swarley will soon be the proud owner of either a red or turquoise (how to choose?) stand.
