Elizabeth Bennet is my kind of woman, and one of my favorite characters of all time, so of course I am in love with the Kate Spade Pride & Prejudice book clutch! Even if she wasn’t I think the sheer beauty of this handbag (doesn’t that sweet fountain pen put an instant smile on your face?) would persuade me to put it on my wish list. And I dare you to keep your heart closed to that striped interior. You can’t, such is the power of stripes and Jane Austen.

I am a huge Jane Austen fan so I pretty much want one of every item in the Brookish etsy store. I have a soft spot for her mugs in particular, so many lovely Austen quotes on classic, elegant cups.
