Permanent Collection

Another new series starting this week, permanent collection! Trends come and go but certain things I will never tire of, and I think they all deserve a little time in the spotlight. Soon there will also be a permanent collection page at the top where all of those gorgeous classics will live, well, permanently. There for your perusal whenever the urge strikes!

Signet Rings / Peonies  /  Champagne Coupes  /  Calling Cards  /  Repetto Flats  /  Cairn Terriers (I adore all dogs, but these cheeky fellows are my canine soul mates!)

This is a great idea. I’m so over trends, and I’m constantly stopping to asking myself, before making a purchase, whether or not its something I could see myself wearing or using in a year, two years, etc.

Very much agreed! I’ve always loved champagne coupes, perhaps as a result of my high exposure to Turner Classic Movies as a child and teenager. I’ve been wanting to start a blog for a while and also planned to have a kind of permanent collection that features classic items and a perpetual wish list of items like the YSL Cabas Chyc or Hermes Kelly. I love your blog and this post particularly struck me because I just returned from Paris, where I purchased Repetto flats (a shade darker than the ones featured) and peonies!

Love this new series!! I am much more a classics than I am on an-trend girl. I love pieces that are simply timeless, and these picks are certainly that! Looking forward to seeing more!
