There is entirely too much perfection in this simple outfit! Perfect hair, perfect red lip, perfect plaid. With the shorts and shrug she has one foot in summer and one in fall, and isn’t that exactly where we are right now? As you can see it only takes a couple of rainy days in a row and September within reach for me to declare it “tartan time”!

I have to say I’m so not ready for fall yet but this outfit is the best I’ve seen to help me transition. Plaid & a sweater with shorts, I can totally dig that! And yes, so much perfection is one shot – love how you broke it down!
P.S. I did hear about the Dirty Dancing remake and I’m fired up about it. Just because his wife and Jennifer Grey gave their blessing doesn’t mean I’m ok with it…who asked us?! And why are they bothering?! ugh.
