The post-holiday season can feel like such a let down, all that joy, excitement, and glitz is over and we are facing the long, often dreary winter ahead. This year I’ve decided not to mope around but rather to rebel and refuse to let go of the glamour of the past couple of months! With a bit of lovely green, lots of sparkle, and, of course, a few cocktails, January is sure to be a wonderful month. I am taking my cue from the gorgeous evergreen trees, always beautiful no matter the weather or season, they truly make the most of the entire year, and in 2011 so will I!

Oh gosh, that should have been my wedding necklace.
Maybe a birthday present in the future?!
Yes to joviality in january and fun in february!
love this. three cheers for Emerald sparkles in January!
That dress from Atonement is still one of my all-time favorite film fashions. Stunning.
Evergreen is beautiful, especially in the snow (like the dump we’re getting today – sigh!) These images got me in a better mood, though. Happy weekend!

Seeing this post just lifted my spirits. I’m going to follow suit! Have a great weekend, Em!
Ooooo I forgot about that dress. I have Atonement. I may have to watch it this weekend now.
I have I-Want-Itis lately. Your jewelry posts are killing me! :]
My goodness, what an absolutely beautiful collection!
There’s a great backstory to that dress. You should check it out.
Gorgeous images!!!!! I love the necklace.
I think we should all attend one truly glamorous party a month. So we can all wear dresses and jewels like those. That would definitely help beat the post-holiday blues.
Those images are dreamy!! I love that green dress!!!
