Samantha Boardman and her husband Aby Rosen live in one of the quirkiest and most glamorous homes I have ever seen. Not surprising when you take a look at the fabulous outfit Samantha wears in the first photo (that amazing jacket is Chanel, of course), I keep squinting trying to take a better peek at that vintage Cartier necklace. You can take a look at the entire set of photos in Vogue’s APT with LSD feature, but I am most stricken with the fabulous library, well stocked bar (how much do I adore those decanters), and playroom which boasts more Warhol portraits than I could ever possibly imagine owning! I’m pretty sure if I ever walked into that room I would promptly faint. And wouldn’t you love to have that chic round sofa? Perfect for chatting the night away with friends, cocktails in hand.
P.S. Samantha, a practicing psychiatrist, was once named the “Sexiest Shrink” in town by New York magazine, which I, a once aspiring shrink, find equal parts funny and fabulous!

I’m sure you have all seen this terrific cover of the January 2011 Town & Country by now, but I just had to post it because I love it so! Featuring Lake Bell in a fabulous Oscar de la Renta gown, everything about this photo is perfection, and I am seriously considering donning a top hat with my next formal ensemble. I plan on getting this issue simply for the beauty of the cover, but did you notice January will also be providing us with a pastry tour of Paris? Sign me up!

I still haven’t had a chance to see Black Swan, and the anticipation is killing me (Has anyone seen the movie yet? Was it as fabulous as I expect it will be? ). Like most little girls I had prima ballerina fantasies and I can never resist the call of tulle and feathers, especially when those feathers were designed by Rodarte! I adore these costume sketches for Odile and Odette so much I would love to have them framed, wouldn’t you?

J.Crew is making my dreams of a tartan Christmas come true! But, while I am grateful and thrilled, they really must stop rolling out new plaid items, I can’t keep myself from buying them. A girl can never really have too many plaid shirts though, right? And as usual I die for the lipstick shade. Don’t you wish they sold all the makeup the models use right on the website? I wonder if we can get someone to make that happen.
