Brocade Beauty

So in love with this gorgeous girl’s brocade coat, photographed on the streets of Paris.  The pink and gold combination is so lovely, she is just the picture of femininity, especially with that fantastic bow belt! Wouldn’t this make an amazing dress coat for holiday parties? I am thinking it would be perfect worn to the ballet, it is Nutcracker season after all. Do you have any theatre plans this season?

Beautiful!! Would be perfect for Nutcracker – and love the belt as well. I miss going to the Nutcracker but the girls are not interested any more :-(

Target has this Merona brocade style dress that I’m crushing on. I just want to put it on, slap an adorable waist belt on it, and find somewhere fancy to go!

So pretty! I love how girls in the streets in Paris can just show up looking fabulous and get their picture taken… This never happens to me??

OH I haven’t been to the ballet in so long but we have tickets to the Los Angeles Ballet Nutcracker next weekend! I am very excited. I think I need that coat!

The last time I have been to the ballet was three years ago, swan lake at Lincoln center and it was amazing.

i love la boheme at the met during the holidays. not exactly a feel-good opera, but it’s so nice to be at the met, all the way up in the cheap seats with the great view of the chandelier.
