I’ve noticed more and more people giving up caffeine lately, and with mornings getting darker by the day we are all feeling a bit sleepy by 2 pm. So what is a girl to do without a coffee run? Close your eyes and take in the lovely scent of jasmine.  By increasing beta waves, jasmine makes you more awake and energized, not to mention sweetly scented. The easiest way to enjoy an afternoon boost, and the least likely to annoy your office mates, is to carry a solid jasmine fragrance.     I go outside for a walk. I’ve actually never been one to drink coffee, so I’ve always had to look for natural ways to boost my energy. Exercising in the morning and walking for a bit in the afternoon help; I also try to vary what I do in the afternoon so I don’t have to sit in one place for too long. The jasmine thing I will definitely have to try — I hadn’t heard that before.

    I have to admit, I’m among those that am giving it up. I have been giving chai lattes. things that I do half way through is have an apple and some cheese. weird… but it’s a total pick me up. that or some dark chocolate. if you can’t tell, I’m also on the ‘get ready for your wedding dress’ frame of mind so i’m tyring to be more health concious too.
