Happy Friday everyone! Hope you all had a good week, and have fabulous plans for the weekend! We will be rushing around town on a ton of little errands this weekend, and preparing for my Big, HUGE, Very Important THING to come bright and early Monday morning. Most importantly however, today is our little Cairn Terrier’s birthday! Happy Birthday Swarley McGee!! I’ll be sure to post photos of her birthday festivities (of course there will be birthday festivities!) including her tiny dog birthday cake this weekend. In honor of Swarley’s Scottish heritage and the fact that she is turning 3 which is 21 in human years, I leave you with this cocktail:
Rob Roy
3/4 oz. Sweet Vermouth
1 1/2 oz. Scotch
Stir with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass
