I have a confession: even though I know how important hydration is to the human body I don’t like to drink water. I don’t like the taste. I know. How can you not like water? What taste, it has no taste? I KNOW. I hear you. But I don’t like it. The only thing I like less than forcing myself to drink plain water are the flavored waters on the market. I can’t wrap my mind around something tasting sweet but having no calories. That just sounds like chemical laden tomfoolery.
That is why I’m so excited to try Herbal Water. Six interesting flavors (see them above), made naturally and organically by infusing herbs into pure water. No artificial sweeteners, preservatives or additives. A delicious way to get the benefits of both water and herbs. It isn’t available in my area yet but as soon as I see it on shelves I’m starting with Lavender Mint and Ginger Lemon Peel. honestly and truly, water annoys me. i wish that i liked it, but i just don’t. it’s so…blah.
Jordan – I am SO with you on that. Definitely blah. And when someone starts talking about 12 8oz. glasses of the stuff a day I want to run and hide.
I’m with you. I want to like water, and can almost get there when there are bubbles in the water, but really not so much.
I will have to try these, they sound delicious.
So, I’m a bit old-fashioned and kinda like my water to taste like water, but I’m definitely willing to give these a try. I’ll never object to a bit more spice in my life.
I didn’t realize so many people were like me and didn’t like water. I know it’s supposed to be good to drink lots during the day but I just can’t. Excited to try these.
