I have a confession: even though I know how important hydration is to the human body I don’t like to drink water. I don’t like the taste. I know. How can you not like water? What taste, it has no taste? I KNOW. I hear you. But I don’t like it. The only thing I like less than forcing myself to drink plain water are the flavored waters on the market. I can’t wrap my mind around something tasting sweet but having no calories. That just sounds like chemical laden tomfoolery.
That is why I’m so excited to try Herbal Water. Six interesting flavors (see them above), made naturally and organically by infusing herbs into pure water. No artificial sweeteners, preservatives or additives. A delicious way to get the benefits of both water and herbs. It isn’t available in my area yet but as soon as I see it on shelves I’m starting with Lavender Mint and Ginger Lemon Peel.
